How can I receive confirmation for my booking?

You will immediately receive a confirmation email as soon as you have completed your booking on our website. If you have not received confirmation, please contact our office depending on the island that is of interest to your tour.

In the case of a group request or a tour for which online booking is not possible, confirmation will be given within 48 hours. If confirmation is not received within 48 hours, please contact our customer service at info@destinationone.gr

What is the children's policy for prices?

For Infants aged from 0 to 1.99 years of age, there is no charge in order to participate in the tour / activity with their parents.

We consider children who pay a reduced price between the ages of 2 and 11.99 years.

What is the payment process?

Once the tour / activity has been confirmed, the user will be redirected to the payment page linked to our bank where the credit card details must be entered.

Is the website safe?

Yes, absolutely sure. The details of the booking are transmitted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. This is the industry standard platform for secure payments.

Can I change my reservation?

Yes, it's possible. You can email us with your preferred changes and booking reference. All changes are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours prior to the date of the original booking.

What happens after paying?

The user receives an automated e-ticket with the confirmation and the reference number of the tour / activity booked. This must be presented on the day of the tour as proof of confirmation of participation in the tour.

Another email will follow shortly after the confirmation email confirming or changing the pickup point and time for the tour, depending on where the user is staying.

Where is my pick-up point for the tour?

All of our tours have generic pickup points depending on each user's accommodation. As the tours and activities are constantly updated during the season, a confirmation email with the exact pick-up point of the tour will be sent immediately after the first confirmation email of the booking. Just wait for the pickup point confirmation in your email.

I haven't received an email confirmation

Sometimes email confirmations are treated as spam by mail servers. Please check your email provider's spam or junk folder. If you have set a spam filter at the highest level, you can only receive e-mail from e-mail addresses in your address book.

How does the website work?

Our website introduces the user to the destinations we operate and the activities and tours that they can experience there. Our website uses several filters to allow users to choose the most suitable activities according to their needs. Top tours are selected as well as the most popular experiences according to the most booked, in order for the website to provide additional assistance to the user in choosing an activity.

After selecting the tour, the website directs the user to the results page with all the information about the tour / activity and finally to the booking page to complete the booking.

How can I make a reservation?

After the user has selected the particular tour or activity, the following steps need to be included in the booking form:

  • Date 
  • Number of adults and children
  • Hotel

The remaining details and prices as well as all information about the tour / activity are automatically displayed.
