During the Vineyard Tour
You will have the opportunity to walk through the vineyard, observe the different grape varietals grown there, and learn about the factors that influence the quality and flavor of the wine, such as climate, soil composition, and vineyard management practices. Vineyard staff will share interesting information about the vineyard's history, winemaking philosophy, and sustainable practices.

After the Vineyard Tour
The wine tasting component begins, where you can sample a selection of wines produced by the vineyard. Knowledgeable staff will guide you through the tasting, explaining the characteristics of each wine, including the aromas, flavors, and nuances that make them unique.

Cooking Class
On next, you will part in a cooking class where we invite you to participate in the preparation of the following dishes: tzatziki, eggplant salad and dolmades. Once cooking is done, we get a taste of several mouth watering Greek dishes along with the wine of our production of your choice. We are home to the only professional distillery in Tsipouro (Souma) of the Dodecanese. We explain the method of distillation and get a chance to taste our quality distillate as a digestive.
