Destination One reserves the right to delete the messages, opinions and content from the users. Products, Services and Reservations
The user agrees that by booking a reservation for a product or service through the website of Destination One, the user acknowledges the acceptance of the practices described in our privacy policy (link) and this agreement. In addition the user warrants that the user is 18 years or older and that the user possesses the legal authority to enter into this agreement, use this website, book products and services and that all information supplied is true and accurate. The user further agrees that the booking’s functionality will be used to make only legitimate reservations for the user or others for whom the user is legally authorized to act instead. Any false or fraudulent reservation is strictly not allowed and prohibited and any user who attempts such reservation will have its account terminated.
Modifications and Amendments
All requests for changes, modifications and amendments on reservations made on the website of Destination One must be sent to [email protected]
Destination One does not charge any fee for changing the date of an existing reservation as long as the request is received by our team more than 24 hours ahead of the confirmed service.
Concert, theater, special events and show tickets are not possible to change or be modified. Sales for this kind of tickets are final and cannot be amended once the original purchase is confirmed.
Last minute changes of less than 24 hours ahead of the confirmed service will be dealt as on-request and the team of Destination One will try to accommodate the request based upon the availability.
Offers and special promotions may be subject to invalidation in case of amendments and changes to the original booking.
Sometimes third party providers may change aspects of the services and products, such as the price, the date, age requirements or other characteristics. In this case Destination One will inform the clients about the modifications and choices. If none of the alternatives apply and are accepted by the user, the user will get a full price refund of the original reservation.
Pricing, Inclusions and Exclusions
The rates and prices shown on the website of Destination One are per person, unless otherwise described.
The final prices are displayed in euro currency on the screen and include all taxes and the local VAT at the moment of the reservation.
Rates and prices are subject to change without notice, until a booking is confirmed.
The rates shown on the website, unless specified, do not include entrance fees, use fees, security and port charges, customs, immigration, park fees or international transportation tax.
All prices do not include tips/gratuities to tour guides, drivers or local guides, passport fees, personal and luggage insurance, personal belongings or any kind of drinks or food, unless it is expressly described on the webpage of the service provided.
Payments and Cancellations
Destination One will collect the users payment information when booking a reservation, described as payment processing. Destination One accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Visa Electron, Maestro. There is no charge or service fee for processing credit or debit card payments. Full payment by credit or debit cards is required to make a reservation. Payment will be listed as Destination One on the credit or debit card/bank statement.
No refunds are available once a tour or service has started or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other service utilized.
In case of a cancellation of a reservation an email will be sent to the user, describing the amount of possible cancellation fees, if they apply. Specifically the cancellation policy of Destination One is as follows:
- Cancellations one week before the actual service day: no cancellation fees will be applied.
- Cancellations between 48 hours before the actual service day: no cancellation fee will be applied.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the actual service day: 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
- No Show: there will be no refund.
Payments will be processed by Alpha bank Greece.
The value of the transaction could be subject to taxes, fees, commissions or foreign currency charges. The user’s bank may convert the payment to the local currency and charge a fee for it, that could cause a difference between the price displayed by Destination One and the definitive amount will be shown on your bank statement.
The user may contact the bank if there is any doubt about the fees, charges or commissions that could be applied.
Payment Processing
All payments made using credit or debit cards are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
For security reasons we do not store credit or debit card information.
Discount Vouchers and special offers
The user can use the vouchers and special offers or discounts that will be published on the website for the users next purchases. To use the vouchers, discounts and offers the user must indicate the discount voucher or offer code to the corresponding field during the reservation process.
Passport and Visa
The user is responsible to check that all travel requirements are met including, passports, ID documents, visas and permissions.
For passport and visa requirements the user is advised to consult the relevant embassy or consulate for more information. As requirements may change over time, the user is advised to check regularly for up to date information before booking. Destination One accepts no liability for travelers who are refused entry onto a boat, flight, or into any country because of the traveler’s failure to carry the travel documents required by an airline, shipping company, authority or country, including countries the traveler may just be passing through en-route to the destination.
Destination One strongly recommends that all users purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy prior to any trip to protect your service purchase. If the trip is cancelled or significantly altered the travel insurance policy may reimburse the cost of cancellation fees and related expenses.
Responsibility and Liability
The section below limits the liability and responsibility of Destination One to the user for issues that may arise in connection with the use of this website.
The information displayed on this website may contain errors or inaccuracies, including the ones related to availability and prices.
Destination One makes all necessary efforts to provide accurate information about the products and services offered on its website, it cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information and the descriptions of the shown products (i.e. photographs prices, availability, descriptions, inclusions, exclusions and general information about the services).
In case of services and products being offered by third party providers through the website, and although Destination One will try to prevent any errors or inaccuracies of the information and descriptions of the services provided by third parties, Destination One does not assume any responsibility for them.

Destination One won’t be responsible in the case of suffering any kind of delay, cancellation, overbooking or strike produced by a force majeure cause and out of its direct control.
Complaints and Regulations from the contract
Destination One does not exclude the right and possibility of the user to subject the company to an equity arbitrage with the Chamber of Commerce. In this sense and according to the European regulation 524/2013, Destination One informs the user of the existence of the European platform for online dispute resolution. This platform makes easier the extrajudicial resolution of disputes for online contracts between consumers and interfere service providers.
